If you don't receive the best customer service, we would love to speak with you, understand why, and try to make up for that loss. We are committed to doing the right thing. From our products, staff, and relationships, policies and procedures, every interaction, purchase, transaction, and experience provided will be ethical, sustainable, respected, fair, and industry leading. We pride ourselves on doing the right thing because we value our customers, and we love to hear any and all feedback - it helps us grow and do better. If we do not meet your expectations, please call or email immediately so we can understand what went wrong, make the situation right, and learn how we can do better in the future!

Shipping rates and time frames will vary based on the specific item and the destination address, shipping carrier, and other factors. Even though shipping insurance will be applied to every package, once an item leaves our warehouse, we are not liable for loss, theft, or damage.

We stand behind the sourcing, consistency, and quality of our products. If you are unsatisfied with any product you purchased, please contact us ASAP so we can resolve any concerns. Please keep in mind some items sale items, clearance items, and food products might not be eligible for a full refund.
